Pong Codan has a wide range of comprehensive moulding capabilities from conventional PLC compression machine up to high precision injection presses. Our internal CAD-CAM tooling capabilities allow us to design and manufacture customized product with a short lead time and also ensure quality parts are produce at right time whether in low or high volume.
We can supply custom compounded materials to meet Customers’ needs which included Butyl, Viton, HNBR, Hypalon, Silicone, Acrylic, EPDM, Nitrile, Neoprene; as well as other standards compounds which are more commonly used.
